Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at 20, I was forced to reimagine my relationship with health. What seemed at first like an overwhelming challenge became a turning point in my life—shifting my focus toward embracing a lifestyle rooted in wellness, balance, and natural solutions. This journey ignited my passion for discovering simple, organic ways to support health, which ultimately led to the creation of DM Lives.
