DM Lives Tea Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on our tea products, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your tea must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and further instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and reach out immediately if your tea is damaged or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-returnable Items
Opened teas are non-returnable. Sale teas are also final and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
For a different tea, please return the unopened item and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your tea within 14 days, provided it remains unopened and in original condition.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at dmlivestech@gmail.com.
