DM Lives Shipping Policy

Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping within the United States. For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
DM Lives is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders. All additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages
DM Lives is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging and damaged goods for claim purposes.

International Shipping Policy
We currently ship outside the USA. International shipping costs and times depend on your location and are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
